Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with expertise in process improvement, risk assessment, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of laboratory and plant operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP, GLP, and GCP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
