Ensure system adoption, data integrity, and transition the organization from people-driven to system-driven execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design & DevelopmentDesign digital systems to replace manual processes across:Production, Planning, Quality, MaintenanceFinance, Accounts, MISSales, CRM, CostingHR, Payroll, ComplianceLogistics, Dispatch, ESGBuild structured databases, workflows, and logic using SQL and application logic.Define data models, master data, validation rules, and controls.Process DigitizationConvert process maps into digital workflows and system logic.Translate SOPs into system rules, approvals, alerts, and reports.Ensure a single source of truth across functions.Dashboards & MISCreate role-wise dashboards (MD, Business Head, Plant Head, Managers).Automate MIS reporting with high accuracy and minimal manual effort.Enable daily, weekly, monthly performance visibility.System Governance & AdoptionDrive system discipline and usage (>90% adoption).Define access rights, roles, and data ownership.Train users and ensure behavioral change toward system usage.Continuous ImprovementIdentify system gaps, bottlenecks, and redundancies.Automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual intervention.Improve decision-making speed, accuracy, and accountability.
