Roles and Responsibilities of an Academic CoordinatorAcademic Administration

  • Develop and implement academic schedules, timetables, and calendars.
  • Ensure smooth execution of academic activities in coordination with faculty and departments.
  • Monitor syllabus completion, lesson plans, and learning outcomes.
  • Coordinate with faculty to align teaching methodologies with institutional goals.

Faculty Coordination

  • Support faculty in planning lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
  • Assist in allocation of subjects, workload, and course distribution.
  • Organize faculty meetings and prepare academic progress reports.
  • Facilitate communication between faculty and management.
