Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure such as roads, bridges, dams, pipelines, and water systems. You will ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys; analyze survey reports, maps, and data.
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Manage and monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Perform quality control and assurance checks on materials and workmanship.
  • Use software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering tools for planning and design.
  • Ensure all works comply with legal requirements, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and government authorities.
  • Resolve any design or construction issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
  • Valid professional engineering license (preferred or as per local regulations).
  • 3–7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in engineering design software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
