Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless overall experience. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and project management teams, analyzing customer feedback, and developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Project Management
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
