Role & responsibilities

Coordination with the vendors (transporters) and ensure vehicles availability on schedule routes at respective Hubs on schedule time.
• Ensure all vehicles of the routes must be 100% fit for departures, if any vehicle required maintenance or unavailable then arrange vehicle replacement for that so as any route cant be affected due to shortage of vehicles and operated smoothly.
• Track in transit vehicles and ensure all must reach at their respective destinations on time without any unexpected delayed.
• Regularly get in touch with vendors to resolve issues of unexpected incident like vehicles accidents, breakdowns, consignment theft, and shortage and damaged during in transit of the vehicles.

  • Monitoring day to day spot customers request.
  • Monitoring Vehicle placements on time.
  • If any discrepancies were occurred -inform to origin for further actions
  • Full responsibility of spot bidding customers in north India.
  • Positively handle the vendors and customers.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors for vehicle placements
