As

- Define and maintain the roadmap, aligning with the strategic direction from the Head of Product, Navigation & Data
- Oversee and fine-tune the go-to-market process — orchestrating commercial readiness, documentation, packaging, and internal enablement
- Liaise with Hydrographic Offices, content providers, and standards bodies (e.g., UKHO, PRIMAR, IHO) to manage data resale and licensing
- Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders to support distributor onboarding, enablement, and performance
- Track market and standard trends (e.g., S-57, S-63, S-100/S-101 adoption), regulatory shifts, and customer needs to refine product direction

- Support pricing definition, bundling strategy, and product documentation (in collaboration with sales, marketing and R&D)
- Continuously analyse product performance, distributor feedback, and competitive benchmarks to improve offering
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., maritime studies, geography, engineering, business);
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Good understanding of the maritime domain and navigational ecosystem — prior exposure to ECDIS, ENC distribution, or marine cartography is a strong plus
- Familiarity with navigation-related standards including S-57, S-63, S-100/S-101 is an advantage
- 3–5+ years in product management, sales or adjacent roles within software, geospatial data, or maritime technologies
- Experience managing products or services involving both external partners (e.g. Hydrographic Offices, data providers and resellers) and internal stakeholders (e.g. developers, commercial teams) is a plus
- Background working with indirect sales models or distributor-led channels is desirable
- Practical understanding of maritime workflows, digital data delivery, and operational navigation challenges is an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile development processes, product documentation workflows, and roadmap management tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical thinking and business sense — capable of evaluating feature impact, prioritizing investments, and supporting pricing and packaging
- Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory topics into customer-focused product positioning
- Confident and persuasive communicator able to operate effectively across cultural and functional boundaries
In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10 -20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.

That is why we have built an environment that empowers you and everyone around you, and where you can feel safe and cared for. Are you eager to be part of this ambition?
