Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (Onsite)
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)
Experience: 2 - 8 years

Within our staffing range, we provide temporary, temporary-to-hire, direct placement services for individuals as well as full team placements.
Primary Duties:
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for the US market, from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit according to client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and feedback.
- Negotiate salary/rates and finalize employment terms (W2, 1099, C2C) with candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors.
- Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records in the ATS.
Requirements:
- 2–8 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment (end-to-end process).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends.
- Familiarity with various US visa classifications (US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B, TN) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Hands-on experience using US job boards and ATS systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
