We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused 
Insurance Agent

to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping individuals, families, and businesses identify their unique insurance needs and select the best policies to protect their assets and ensure financial security. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:
     Actively seek out and contact potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust book of business.
  • Assess Client Needs:
     Conduct detailed interviews and financial needs analyses with prospective clients to understand their financial situation, existing coverage, and long-term goals.
  • Present and Sell Policies:
     Explain the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of various insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, property, commercial) and recommend customized solutions that meet client criteria and budget.
  • Manage Client Relationships:
     Maintain regular communication with clients, provide ongoing support, and periodically review policies to ensure coverage remains adequate after major life changes or as needs evolve.
  • Facilitate Paperwork and Claims:
     Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensure all documentation is completed accurately, and assist with claim submissions and resolutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
     Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay Informed:
     Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, staying abreast of market trends, and adhering to all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset to build trust and rapport.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with strong time-management abilities.
