Relationship Manager-LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales

As a Relationship Manager in the LAP Sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's LAP business. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, cross-selling bank products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work closely with the bank's relationship teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products.
- Cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application process.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers' loan applications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
