Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Head to lead our after-sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee service teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive excellence in warranty and complaint resolution. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, leadership, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the company's service department across Hisar & surrounding regions.
  • Develop and implement after-sales service strategies, SOPs, and warranty policies.
  • Monitor service KPIs: turnaround time, customer satisfaction, repeat complaint ratio.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
  • Conduct dealer training programs, service audits, and field visits.
  • Work closely with production/R&D teams to resolve product-related issues.
  • Plan service camps, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and extended warranty programs.
  • Prepare regular service performance reports for management.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of service management experience in batteries, inverters, automotive, or electrical products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lead-acid and inverter batteries.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for service audits and dealer support.
