Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Head to lead our after-sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee service teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive excellence in warranty and complaint resolution. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, leadership, and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's service department across Hisar & surrounding regions.
- Develop and implement after-sales service strategies, SOPs, and warranty policies.
- Monitor service KPIs: turnaround time, customer satisfaction, repeat complaint ratio.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct dealer training programs, service audits, and field visits.
- Work closely with production/R&D teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Plan service camps, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and extended warranty programs.
- Prepare regular service performance reports for management.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of service management experience in batteries, inverters, automotive, or electrical products.
- Strong technical knowledge of lead-acid and inverter batteries.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Willingness to travel for service audits and dealer support.
