Role Overview: As a candidate for the role, you should have experience in Switchyards, which is a mandatory requirement. You must be able to join within 0-15 days. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that field quality inspections are conducted at the site daily by a Third Party Inspector (TPI) against the activities executed by the project. - Inspect the quality of materials and equipment received/used in the construction as per the Field Quality Plan (FQP) and raise complaints if any defects are found. - Ensure construction is carried out according to the approved drawings and FQP, highlighting any deviations from the permitted conditions. - Prepare daily site quality monitoring reports and conduct quality review meetings with the contractor. - Monitor tests carried out at the site and coordinate activities to monitor plant testing from initial synchronization to performance testing. - Conduct on-the-job trainings and quality tool-box talks at the site. - Maintain site reports and test certificates, and verify compliance with approved documents and procedures. - Monitor the batching plant, ensure quality assurance of supplied concrete, witness equipment calibration, and coordinate with the site team on civil and construction activities. - Inspect mechanical activities, discuss and resolve technical points with the project team, and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Raise warning mails for quality penalties, collect photos of good practices and lessons learned, and submit them as part of the Handing Over and Take Over (HOTO) process. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree - At least 7 years of experience in Third Party Inspection (Note: Experience in MCR & SGR building work, Switchyard work, Road & Drain work, and TL - 110kv & 220kv will be beneficial for this role.)
