Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze data to optimize performance and provide insights.
  • Document processes and train users.
  • Manage SharePoint sites for content and performance.
  • Apply GenAI for automation and personalization.
  • Explore AI-powered enhancements for user experience.

Strategic Projects

  • Plan and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Align goals across departments and track progress.

Project Coordination

  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication and maintain documentation.
  • Research and integrate learning technologies.
  • Ensure quality standards and stakeholder approvals.
  • Report on outcomes and collaborate across teams.
  • Suggest improvements based on best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and ML in website enhancement.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • SharePoint site management experience.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI integration.
