Position Overview:Founded in 1973 and backed by over 50 years of expertise, Nepa Rudraksha is headquartered in Nepal and is now expanding into India to share its spiritual offerings with a broader audience. As part of this growth, we are seeking a Customer Service representative who is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to handle customer concerns in a courteous, professional manner, and ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner. Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues by providing accurate information in a timely manner. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products or services to provide accurate guidance to customers.

Documentation: Record customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the customer service management system. Order Assistance: Assist customers with order processing, returns, exchanges, and tracking. Feedback: Collect customer feedback to improve services and report recurring issues to management for further action.

Promote Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer concerns and providing information. Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal(both in English and Hindi). Patience and empathy to manage customer concerns effectively. Problem-solving ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (CRM tools). Skills:Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Problem Solving: Ability to assess situations and find solutions quickly. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills. Teamwork: Collaborates with colleagues to resolve customer issues and meet company goals.
