About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR operations. This role will give hands-on exposure to various HR functions, from onboarding to recruitment, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR paperwork and documentation
  • Support in onboarding new employees (documentation, induction coordination, etc.)
  • Source and identify candidates through job portals and social media
  • Call and screen candidates for open positions
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Provide general HR administrative support

What We're Looking For:

  • Pursuing/Completed graduation or post-graduation in HR/Management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Eager to learn HR processes and adapt quickly
  • Good attention to detail
