Role Overview

We are seeking an
experienced PLC Programmer
with strong expertise in
Siemens or Rockwell automation systems
. The ideal candidate will design, program, and commission automation systems for diverse industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot
    Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7
    or
    Rockwell Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000
    PLC programs.
  • Configure and program
    HMI/SCADA
    systems (WinCC, FactoryTalk View, or equivalent).
  • Conduct I/O checks, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests).
  • Integrate automation systems with field devices, drives, and instrumentation.
  • Provide on-site commissioning, testing, and technical support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and project backups.
  • Collaborate with project and electrical teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years
    of experience in industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in
    either Siemens or Rockwell PLC programming
    .
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA development (WinCC, FactoryTalk View).
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills.
