ey Responsibilities: PLC Programming: Develop, program, and implement Siemens PLC control systems, ensuring they meet all project requirements. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues in machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. System Integration: Integrate PLCs with other control systems (HMI, SCADA, sensors, drives, robots, machine vision, valve banks, etc.) for seamless operation. Work closely with the electrical engineering team, automation engineers.Develop and modify PLC code using Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, or other Siemens PLC software.Ensure all programs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.Technical Skills Required: Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming software (e.g., TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC).Proficiency with electrical schematics, system troubleshooting, and PLC diagnostics.Knowledge of industrial networking protocols like PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherCAT, CC-Link, etc.Experience with third-party devices such as Machine Vision, Valve Banks, RFID, Remote Devices, Sensors, etc.Experience with other PLC brands (Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron) is a plus. SCADA/HMI development experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
