Senior Backend Engineer

What You'll Do:

● Own & Build: Lead the design, development, and deployment of core backend services. You'll own features from the whiteboard sketch to the running production code.

● Write Excellent Code: Craft clean, scalable, and high-performance APIs and services using Python (Flask).

● Deploy & Scale: Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes.

● Solve Hard Problems: Dive into complex workflows, tackle non-trivial technical challenges, and contribute to key architectural decisions.

● Lead the project end to end: You will be the single point of contact for engineering to drive the project from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

● Experience: 2-4 years as a backend developer, with a track record of shipping software.

● Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and significant hands-on experience building production APIs with Flask/FastAPI.

● DevOps Mindset: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes. You believe in automating your own deployments.

● Strong Fundamentals: A solid grasp of system design, databases, and core computer science principles.

● A Startup Mentality: You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on independence and ownership. You are here to build, not just to be told what to do.
