Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview Python Developer Experience Required: 5+ Years Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore / Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai (Hybrid Mode) Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare domain projects , particularly with HL7, FHIR, Pharmacy, or Claims Integration. This role requires excellent coding, integration, and problem-solving skills to support ongoing and new product development initiatives Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. Work on data exchange and integration with healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, Pharmacy, or Claims data models. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for high-performance and scalable applications. Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration. Implement security standards and ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (HIPAA, PII). Optimize code performance, conduct debugging, and perform code reviews. Support database operations—design, query optimization, and schema management (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred). Contribute to automation and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in backend and healthcare systems development. Technical Skills Required: Programming Languages: Python (Strong proficiency) Frameworks: Django / Flask / FastAPI Healthcare Domain Expertise: HL7, FHIR, Pharmacy, or Claims Integration (Preferred) Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB API Development: RESTful services, JSON, XML Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab Cloud Platforms: AWS or Google Cloud (added advantage) CI/CD: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have) Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid team environment Apply
