We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources to join our dynamic team at our IT company located in Vesu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.

Administer payroll, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.

Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Organize training and development programs.

Monitor and ensure performance appraisals are conducted timely.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support HR-related administrative tasks and reports.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
