Role Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for managing the entire operations of the Senior Living vertical, ensuring seamless service delivery, resident satisfaction, compliance, and financial performance. Task / Activities

-Lead and manage all operations including administration, hospitality, healthcare coordination, and resident engagement.

- Develop and implement SOPs and compliance frameworks.

- Ensure safety, well-being, and quality of life for residents.

- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.

- Build and manage a high-performing team for smooth operations.

- Collaborate with healthcare partners, vendors, and service providers.

- Organize lifestyle and engagement activities for residents.
