The Role:

We're looking for a sharp, curious, and math-loving Social Media Associate to build and grow our digital presence from scratch. You'll be responsible for crafting content that sparks curiosity, drives engagement, and turns casual scrollers into loyal fans.

You'll be at the center of everything creative — from ideating and scripting short-form videos to analyzing what's working and iterating fast.

Key Responsibilities -

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, manage, and execute daily content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure every piece of content reflects our brand's tone and identity.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and new features to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Content Creation:

  • Ideate and script both short-form and long-form content (reels, posts, shorts, stories, etc.) aligned with our brand's tone and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce engaging, high-quality visual content.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera to represent the brand when needed.

Community & Brand Engagement:

  • Build and nurture a vibrant online community — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with creativity and empathy.
  • Proactively engage with other creators, brands, and trending conversations to amplify our reach and visibility.
  • Develop creative campaigns and challenges that drive audience participation.

Performance & Insights:

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics — engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
  • Use insights to experiment with new content formats, optimize strategies, and double down on what resonates.
  • Share learnings and creative ideas with the team to continually elevate our presence.

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine curiosity for math, logic, and clever ideas — you don't need to be a mathematician, but you should love smart, creative storytelling.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing brand social media (especially Instagram and YouTube).
  • Strong skills in content writing, scripting, storytelling, and trend-spotting.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and confident in experimenting with new formats.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and basic editing software.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude — you love taking ownership, testing ideas, learning fast, and iterating quickly.
  • Bonus: You have a flair for humor, memes, and making complex ideas simple and fun.
