Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed architectural models using a variety of modeling software
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure the accuracy and completeness of models
  • Communicate design intent and answer questions from clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Stay current with new technology and advancements in the field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in advanced modeling software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
  • Experience with 3D printing and other model fabrication techniques
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Previous experience working in an architectural firm or related environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in architectural modeling
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino
  • Ability to create accurate and detailed models in a timely manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
