Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team in Jaipur for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience and will work at a junior position level. As the first point of contact for our organization, the candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors while efficiently managing the reception area.

- Phone Etiquette for courteous and professional phone communication with clients and visitors.
- Appointment Scheduling to efficiently manage client visits and meetings with appropriate personnel.
- Communication Skills to convey information clearly and effectively between clients, staff, and executives.
- Conflict Resolution for addressing and mediating conflicts, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations including greeting and directing visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Provide initial customer support by addressing inquiries, guiding guests, and offering company information.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments to ensure accurate and timely meeting arrangements.
- Maintain orderly reception area; which includes stock management and cleanliness upkeep.
- Manage and resolve front desk conflicts, escalating issues when necessary to maintain service quality.
- Keep a log of visitor information and maintain daily activity reports for internal record-keeping.
- Assist with document management for clients and staff, ensuring proper filing and retrieval systems.
- Support administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments as necessary to improve front desk operations.
