About the Program

Koskii SuperBrides
is a celebration of modern Indian bridal style, confidence, and community. It's an experience that begins online, comes alive on event day, and continues through stories, referrals, and learnings.

As a SuperBrides Producer Fellow, you'll support the team in managing the campaign end to end—turning sign-ups into participation, moments into meaningful content, and feedback into insights for future editions.

What You'll Do

  • Work across communication, content, operations, and reporting tasks based on campaign needs and your strengths.
  • Coordinate with participants and partners, maintain trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in event preparation and on-ground execution, including check-ins, scheduling, vendor coordination, and backstage support.
  • Capture and help create simple, shareable content such as reels, quotes, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Encourage user-generated content by sharing prompts, hashtags, and share kits; track and compile results to measure reach.
  • Prepare short weekly updates summarizing progress and learnings.

Who You Are

  • Active on social media, with a good understanding of current trends and online engagement.
  • A student or recent graduate interested in marketing, events, or community management.
  • Strong in written and verbal communication—clear, polite, and collaborative.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
