Job Description: Civil Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Estimator to join our team for upcoming oil & gas process plant & pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in estimating and preparing proposals for oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical process plant projects. The role involves detailed cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and ensuring accurate and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive Civil & Structural cost estimates for oil & gas process plant, refinery, and petrochemical projects.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to develop detailed estimates.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and assist in developing material, labor, and equipment cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather necessary data.
  • Develop and analyze bid proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project scope.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to piping costs.
  • Maintain a database of unit rates, vendor quotes, and historical data to ensure estimate accuracy.
  • Support proposal preparation and participate in bid negotiations as required.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and join immediately.
