Experienced PLC Engineer (  Minimum Five  years experience desirable )  with practical experience of working in Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, optimization and validation of aseptic filling and packaging equipment for Food / Beverage plantsSkilled in Siemens S7  programmable logic controllers, HMI configuration ,process validation, Logic Simulation  Experience in other PLC like Rockwell Automation is desirable.Good Knowledge of different process sensors/ Instruments / Measurements  / servo drives  of aseptic filling and packaging equipment. and interface with PLC Good knowledge of  PLC Interface with other systems e.g. OPC UA / Modbus etc..Experience of working in Power / Water projects PLC-DCS-SCADA  is desirable.
Good understanding of P&ID drawings and  Process Graphics creation -modificationGood knowledge of using test instruments for start up -commissioning FAT- SAT of PLC based control system , Loop checking , Documentation of software/hardware Ability to lead a team of technicians for wiring / instrument troubleshooting  Good Team player and experience of working / coordination  with cross functional engineers
