Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Training Executive specializing in Soft Services. The Training Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions, creating content for training programs, and conducting assessments for employees in soft services. The role will also involve monitoring employee performance, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders for ongoing skill development initiatives is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training Development and Delivery, including designing and leading soft service training programs
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in Assessment Techniques and Monitoring Employee Performance
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills essential for planning and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of the Facility Management sector or experience in related domains is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Training, Human Resources, or a related field
