Associate Director – Sales & Operations (Institution Partnerships)

Job Description

As the
Associate Director – Sales & Operations (Institution Partnerships)
, you will lead NYI's institutional growth strategy — from developing partnerships with schools and educational organizations to executing large-scale rollouts. This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who can combine business acumen, operational precision, and emotional intelligence.

You'll represent NYI in boardrooms, on campuses, and across industry forums — shaping the way institutions experience our products, storytelling, and science.

What You'll Do

· Lead NYI's
institutional sales and operations function
, owning both strategy and execution.

· Build and nurture partnerships with schools, learning institutions, and educational groups.

· Deliver high-impact
presentations, demos, and strategic conversations
with principals, trustees, and education leaders.

· Oversee operational excellence across counsellor sessions, data management, and client delivery.

· Develop institutional onboarding frameworks and sales playbooks.

· Track performance metrics, revenue goals, and operational KPIs with analytical precision.

· Represent NYI at education conferences, parent forums, and strategic partnership events.

· Build and mentor a high-performing institutional sales team as we scale.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

· –15 years of proven experience in
education, edtech, or institutional partnerships
.

· Strong network within schools, educational boards, or institutional decision-makers.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

· Deep understanding of the education ecosystem — academic, operational, and parental dynamics.

· Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and cross-functional coordination.

· Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics.

· Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

· Prior leadership in
sales, operations, or business development
within top-tier EdTech or learning companies.

· Exposure to psychology, neuroscience, or data-driven educational models.

· Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building teams or verticals from the ground up.
