Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Embroidery Machine Master with 15+ years of expertise in managing end-to-end embroidery operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating multi-head embroidery machines, digitizing designs using Wilcom software, and ensuring the highest level of precision and quality in embroidery output. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities to train operators and streamline production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and supervise multi-head embroidery machines efficiently.
  • Digitize and prepare complex embroidery designs using Wilcom software.
  • Perform routine maintenance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure accurate thread selection and compatibility with different fabrics.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain stitch accuracy and consistency.
  • Train, guide, and monitor junior operators to improve team performance.
  • Manage production schedules to maximize efficiency and output.
  • Implement strategies to reduce defects, rework, and wastage.
  • Maintain compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in embroidery machine operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Wilcom software and embroidery digitizing.
  • Strong technical expertise in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent understanding of fabric types, threads, and embroidery techniques.
  • Ability to lead, train, and supervise teams effectively.
