**Role Overview**

- Digitize and prepare **complex embroidery designs** using **Wilcom software**.
- Perform **routine maintenance** and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure **accurate thread selection** and compatibility with different fabrics.
- Conduct **quality checks** to maintain stitch accuracy and consistency.
- Train, guide, and monitor junior operators to improve team performance.
- Manage production schedules to **maximize efficiency and output**.
- Implement strategies to **reduce defects, rework, and wastage**.
- Maintain compliance with company **quality and safety standards**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **15 years of experience** in embroidery machine operations.
- In-depth knowledge of **Wilcom software** and embroidery digitizing.
- Strong technical expertise in **machine maintenance and troubleshooting**.
- Excellent understanding of **fabric types, threads, and embroidery techniques**.
- Ability to **lead, train, and supervise teams** effectively.
