Campaign Operations Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Operations & Execution: Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns across HubSpot and Salesforce, including emails, workflows, and campaign setup. Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, compliant, and launched on schedule.
- Automation & Workflow Management: Design and maintain automation workflows to support lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle management. Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure data accuracy and performance.
- System Integration & Data Management: Manage the sync between HubSpot, Salesforce, and connected tools to maintain clean, reliable campaign data. Troubleshoot and optimize campaign logic and integrations.
- Email & Nurture Programs: Execute and optimize email and nurture campaigns that engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey.
- Measurement & Optimization: Support campaign reporting and dashboards, providing visibility into performance and actionable insights for optimization.
- Compliance & Collaboration: Maintain data hygiene and ensure all campaigns adhere to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and internal privacy standards. Collaborate with Segment Marketing, SDR, and Sales Operations teams to align execution with go-to-market goals.

This role is open to candidates working remotely hybrid in Bangalore, India.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in campaign or marketing operations within a B2B environment
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce, including campaign setup, workflows, and reporting
- Experience managing automation, lead scoring, and nurture programs across complex buyer journeys
- Strong understanding of data integrations and campaign measurement
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or landing page edits
- Familiarity with marketing compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and data privacy best practices
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or life sciences industries preferred
- HubSpot or Salesforce certifications preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions
- Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
