BMC – Brand & Marketing – Campaigns & Experiences - Associate – Campaign Coordinator
The opportunity
We are looking for passionate professionals who would be working as a member of the Campaign and Experience team, the successful candidate would be required to work in a team environment for delivering and managing the project coordination of the marketing projects The role requires someone, who can manage many concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. The associate would be required to work in a global team environment in delivering and managing the administrative needs of the projects for stakeholders within agreed timelines.
Your key responsibilities
Supporting the managers in the team, the project coordinator would manage the assigned tasks, which could include project coordination support, campaign support and calendar management
The role would suit someone keen to build their marketing experience in a professional services environment and become part of an established and successful marketing team, recognized for pushing boundaries in professional services marketing. An interest and/or experience in financial services would be an advantage.
Put together project plan and provide weekly updatesFollow up on outstanding actionsKeeping team updated on movements and changesFlag risks and concernsCampaign Support
Calendar planning (coordinating dates in the diary)Logistics – room bookings, IT support, webcast booking form and briefingsProject co-ordination/managementProvide replay information and links post campaignManage invoicing and paymentCalendar management
Organize placeholders for various meetingsIssue invitation and call details Manage invite updates/cancellations

Administration and organizationEnjoys problem solvingAble to prioritize effectivelyStrong project management skillsComfortable using IT database systemsAble to interact with senior managementExtremely organized and enjoys administrationAble to work in a team arrangementProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and fair knowledge of MS Outlook and SkypeInterpersonal skills

To qualify for the role, you must have
2 to 4 years in / BPO services/Project management/Experience in multiple systems and applicationsExperience of working in a Marketing environmentExperience working with clients from different countries Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English.Ideally, you'll also have
