Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in User Interface (UI) design, User Experience (UX) research & design, and Graphic Design, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and functional design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging and user-friendly UI layouts for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct UX research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and process flows for seamless user experience.
  • Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, and marketing creatives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to execute design solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
  • Translate requirements into design concepts and ensure intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Present design ideas and deliver concepts with rationale to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer.
  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
  • Solid understanding of UI design principles, UX processes, visual design, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
  • Ability to create creative brand assets, digital banners, social media graphics, and marketing visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, modern, and user-friendly design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Candidates from Kolkata or willing to relocate to Salt Lake Sector V will be preferred.

Education
:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
