**About Adret Software**:
Adret Software is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who possesses a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and has a strong skill set in using design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. As a Graphic Designer with UI/UX expertise, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI/UX principles, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills and deliver innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually appealing designs and user-centric interfaces.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, best practices, and usability standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
