We have an urgent hiring for Optimization Team Lead with 5+yrs of relevant experience in Android device Manual testing and Automation testing using python scripts.

Job Title: Optimization Team Lead/Android Manual & Automation Tester

Exp: 5+yrs

Job Location: Bangalore - Onsite

Job Type: 1yrs Contract + Extension

Optimization Team lead

Job Duty:

  1. Technical expert in Power and Performance testing for Android Devices.
  2. Analyzing the power reports and logs.
  3. Audit of team issues and follow-up with Dev team till closure.
  4. Updating the project risks in project review meetings, risk assessment knowledge.
  5. Working in lab infrastructure and taking ownership for Standby test and Regression current test using tools like Monsoon, Agilent, and brightness analyzer etc.
  6. Creating, updating the daily work report and weekly PPTs.
  7. Troubleshooting the power setups and device issues in flashing builds.
  8. Reviewing and updating project milestone reports including issues conclusion. Submitting them to HQ and Internal Leads.
  9. Any new features understanding and giving K.T. to team.
  10. Log at log and Systrace analysis is an added advantage.

Job requirements:

  1. Experience (5yrs) in Android device Manual testing and Automation testing using python scripts.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Android 13.0+ OS and architecture.
  3. Experience In Power and Performance testing on Android devices Qualcomm and Mediatek chipsets.
  4. Excellent problem solving and debugging skills on power module.
  5. In depth knowledge on STLC.
  6. Preferable basic usage of tools - QPST and QXDM for power logs analysis.
  7. Must have experience in Test case preparation, Execution and Results submission.
  8. Creating Test strategy and Test plan based on new requirements and Market features.
  9. Execution - Sanity, Regression, Functional and other types of test plans.
  10. Ability to learn new things in short time and multi-tasking in pressure situation.
