Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (SME Segment)
to drive growth in the small and medium enterprise market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
B2B SaaS or Travel Tech sales
, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new SME clients through consultative sales approaches.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    B2B Sales
    , preferably in
    SaaS, Travel Tech, or ERP solutions
    .
  • Strong understanding of SME sales cycles and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
