We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Technical Research Analyst in the disciplines of Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching, mentoring, and driving innovation in the education sector. You will contribute to designing industry-relevant curriculum, guiding students on real-world projects, and participating in applied research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Student Mentorship

  • Deliver engaging and structured lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
  • Mentor students on technical projects, research initiatives, and their overall learning journey.
  • Use modern pedagogical approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on exposure to industry-relevant tools and technologies.

Academic & Institutional Development

  • Participate in academic activities including exam coordination, question paper setting, invigilation, and answer script evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to improve student outcomes and academic performance.

Research & Industry Collaboration

  • Initiate and lead applied research projects addressing real-world challenges.
  • Guide students in identifying, planning, and executing research projects.

Educational Qualifications

  • M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering
  • Minimum 60% marks in both UG and PG
