Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The Design Engineer will engage in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of product designs, working closely with team members to ensure design specifications align with customer requirements and company standards. Responsibilities include creating detailed CAD models, collaborating with engineering teams, refining designs for production, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. The role also involves conducting technical feasibility assessments and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and processes.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Design Engineering, Product Design, Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Solid background in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to interpret and apply engineering principles and technical standards
  • Proficiency in analyzing and solving complex design challenges
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant experience in material handling equipment manufacturing or a similar industry (preferred)
