Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing financial operations, overseeing account management, providing customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and managing team operations. The role involves coordination with various departments to ensure effective financial management and reporting.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a new resource in the experience range of 5 to 8 years

Payroll Management / Treasury:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculation, processing, and disbursement within defined timelines – Including F&F.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Generate monthly payroll reports for management and statutory audits.
  • Generate BU wise comprehensive manpower utilization and management presentations.
  • Various ad hoc reports based on day to day requirement.
  • Support statutory, internal, and external audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial data.
  • Oversee the commercial and administration functions which includes involved in negotiations for property lease renewals.
  • Involved in the negotiation of various day to day / IT / other purchase.
  • Oversee the administration function.
  • Job involves lot of interdepartmental coordination and timely communication .
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
  • Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA is a plus.
