Screening Analyst

Years of experience : Preferably a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in MIS reporting or data entry.

Roles & Responsibility:
• Receive screening reports for various countries
• Compare screening hits with customer and vendor database
• Review the screening process training checklist to see if there are any confirmed matches with restricted parties
• Escalate confirmed matches to business teams
• Notify the business teams to block confirmed matches
• Perform any additional tasks assigned as part of the screening or other compliance processes.

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in any field

Skill sets required:
• High accuracy in reviewing reports, matching names and details, and adhering to compliance standards.
• Competence in using databases, Excel, and screening software/tools relevant to compliance checks.
• Ability to investigate additional information online or through public databases to resolve ambiguous cases.
• Strong sense of integrity and ethics to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborative attitude to coordinate with other professionals or cross-functional teams.
• Openness to learn about changing laws, international sanctions, and evolving compliance tools.
• Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and professionalism are essential.
