We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the Healthcare Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent management skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Global Capability Center.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
