A store in-charge is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing store policies. Key duties involve supervising employees, managing stock through ordering and audits, handling customer service issues, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Staff and operations

• Supervise, train, and schedule store personnel.
• Evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and enforce store policies.
• Manage store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Handle daily cash management and banking activities.

Inventory and stock

• Oversee all aspects of inventory management.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

Customer service

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns.
• Resolve customer problems promptly.

Sales and performance

• Monitor sales performance and track targets.
• Develop strategies to boost profitability and sales.
• Provide performance reports to senior management
