Roles & Responsibilities :
- Hiring for Customer Care Executive Role.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls providing customer service.
- Resolving customer queries in a professional manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to the process and achieving performance targets.
- Handling international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.) and providing a world-class experience.
Requirements :
- Freshers Undergrad/ Grad with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in BPO (International Voice/Chat) or customer service will be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

- Rotational shifts
- Rotational Offs
- 5 working days, 2 days off
