1. HARDWARE ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Design and review electronic automation hardware circuits and embedded control circuits.

• Design circuits to meet product marketing, packaging, PCB, UL, cost, and production specifications.

• Interface with US headquarters regarding design and specifications.

• Collaborate closely with PCB, mechanical, and firmware designers within the product team.

• Build prototypes of designed products.

• Candidates with multi-disciplinary skills in hardware, firmware, and PCB design are preferred.

1. PCB DESIGN ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Maintain library symbols & footprints per electrical engineering guidelines & UL requirements.

• Generate and check all output files for PCB fabrication, including Gerber files, IPC net list, drill files, etc.

• Interface with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to meet physical and electrical parameters.

• Review electronic schematics and support documentation; propose changes to PCBs.

• Collaborate with PCB, mechanical, and firmware designers.

• Resolve technical issues related to PCB design and fabrication.

• Generate and maintain schematics, assembly, XY, paste, BOM, and other production files.

• Keep regular backups of design data.

• Understand datasheets, layout guidelines, and mechanical drawings.

1. FIRMWARE ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Design and develop firmware for industrial controls and other products.

• Collaborate with software, firmware, and hardware engineers.

• Review architecture, design, and code.

• Document software, user manuals, and test procedures.

• Troubleshoot system performance and functional issues.

• Execute projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

• Evaluate technical specifications for correctness and completeness.

• Provide post-production and customer support.

1. FIRMWARE ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Design cost-effective moulds for plastic enclosures and sheet metal enclosures.

• Create and review 3D models; prepare 2D assembly drawings.

• Collaborate with hardware and marketing engineers.

• Generate incoming inspection formats for raw materials.

• Conduct 3D printing and verify designs.

• Execute projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

• Evaluate technical specifications for correctness and completeness.

• Provide support to production.

1. Strong ability to architect, design, code, debugs, and release production-quality firmware.

2. High IQ, innovative, fast learner, hardworking, motivated (CLOCK WATCHERS DO NOT APPLY).

3. Deep understanding of C and C++.

4. Experience with RTOS.

5. Knowledge of TCP/IP and other internet protocols.

6. Knowledge of industrial serial and Ethernet communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).

7. Basic knowledge of electronics; ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot firmware/hardware.

8. Experience with ARM and Cold Fire architectures is desirable.

9. Good English communication skills; ability to collaborate with remote colleagues and US engineers.
