Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Qualification: Any Graduation from a recognized university

Experience: 2- 3yrs experience in NBFC (Gold Loan)

Location: Tanur

Job Description:

· The ABM as per job rotation shall be holding the charge of the branch in the absence of Branch Manager.

· He/she will be one of the joint custodians of all the valuables in the branch holding one set of the strong room/safe keys for strong room/safe operations including release of gold packets from strong room/safe.

· To support branch manager in all activities of the branch, business development, marketing, branch administration including, monitoring of attendance, maintaining good staff relationship, rendering excellent customer service.

· As per job rotation, the ABM shall perform the duties as cashier of the branch.

· Appraisal of Gold ornaments submitted for gold loan.

· Verification of KYC of customers

· Verification of day end process.

· As one of the custodians of the strong room keys, it shall be the joint responsibility of ABM (along with branch manager) to ensure that no unauthorized person is permitted entry into the strong room/safe.

· Maintenance of all registers / Updation on a daily basis.

· Ensuring working condition of all computers / all accessories and bringing to the notice of the branch Manager and rectifying such defects.

· Ensuring availability of adequate stationery items and submission of indents sufficiently in advance.

· Ensuring that the security equipment like burglary alarm, CCTV are up and functional.

· Cleaning touch stone and changing, acid, salt water at regular intervals.

· To support and develop third party products (Insurance/NCD etc)

· Such other matters assigned by the management from time to time.
