Role & responsibilities
The Inventory Team Member is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels in the warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, and tracking products to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure accurate labeling and storage of products.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Prepare and process outgoing shipments according to company procedures.
Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure the first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions. Prepare reports on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies.
Work closely with other warehouse staff to support operational goals.
Provide assistance and training to new team members as needed.
