Position: Project Technical Liaison – RCS Certification

Location: ADRDE / CEMILAC interface (on-site presence required)

Role Objective

We are Looking For A Electronics Engineer , Who have knowledge in Radio command system To expedite the review, clarification, and approval process of the Radio Command System submitted for CEMILAC clearance by providing continuous on-site technical and documentation support at ADRDE.

Key Responsibilities

  1. File & Process Tracking

  2. Track the exact movement of RCS approval files within ADRDE

  3. Maintain a live log of:
  4. current holder of file
  5. pending actions
  6. expected next movement

  7. Identify and flag idle / stuck files immediately

  8. Clarification Management

  9. Receive technical or documentation queries from ADRDE scientists

  10. Immediately:
  11. record queries verbatim
  12. inform JGI HQ (you / Saad / documentation team)

  13. follow up with submitted clarifications

  14. Documentation Interface

  15. Cross-check submitted documents against:

  16. ADRDE comments
  17. CEMILAC expectations
  18. Ensure:
  19. correct document version is being reviewed
  20. no outdated annexure is circulating

  21. Physically submit hard copies if required

  22. COTS Justification Support

  23. Assist in explaining (without debating):

  24. COTS nature of sub-assemblies
  25. earlier trial references
  26. integration philosophy with MCP/RCP

  27. Provide reference pointers, not arguments

  28. Daily Status Reporting

  29. Send daily EOD update to JGI:

  30. file status
  31. interactions done
  32. new risks / red flags

  33. Highlight when escalation is genuinely required

  34. Relationship Hygiene

  35. Maintain courteous working relationship with:

  36. ADRDE scientists
  37. clerical staff
  38. section officers (often the real gatekeepers)
  39. Never promise timelines — only facilitation

  • Shall not commit design changes
  • Shall not approve deviations
  • Shall not argue on behalf of JGI
  • Shall escalate all technical matters to HQ

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
