Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Paid Campaign Specialist & CRM and Communication Journey Flow Campaign Specialist. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns; designing and managing CRM strategies for customer engagement; and creating communication journey flows tailored to user needs. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless project execution, optimize campaigns, and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Strategy:
    Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Budget Management:
    Oversee campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation to drive maximum performance and results.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions, providing insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization:
    Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign results.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Analyze campaign performance, create reports, and provide actionable insights to internal teams for improvement.
  • Market Research:
    Stay updated with the latest trends, platform features, and best practices in paid media.

CRM & Communication Journey Flow Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Customer Lifecycle Strategy:
    Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys, leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive retention.
  • Campaign Creation & Execution:
    Develop and execute personalized email, SMS, and push notification campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage.
  • Journey Optimization:
    Continuously analyze journey performance, tweak strategies, and optimize communication flows to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Segmentation & Personalization:
    Work on advanced customer segmentation and personalization tactics to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and effective lead management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in paid social campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Knowledge of email marketing automation platforms and customer segmentation.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
  • Understanding of customer psychology and experience in personalised messaging.
