Job Title: SmartCOMM Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM IST

Salary Upto 10 LPA

SMARTCOMM CCM tool

Primary skills : Technology : Content Management, SmartComm, Java and Java Script components : Designer, Cloud based or OnPrem hybrid tenancy

Roles and Responsibilities:

As part of Correspondence team, primary role would be to ensure effective monitoring of batch cycle, Validation and support Activities.

Resolving the Incidents, problems and business request in timely manner with in defined SLA's Understanding the Client Ecosystems and should contribute to key improvements in processes and automations

Good Knowledge of all the components and able to handle pressure and take decisions.

Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture

Basic understanding of Project domain

Ability to translate functional/nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements

Ability to design and code complex programs

Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Awareness of Latest technologies and trends

Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Need to take ownership on the various correspondences end to end

Able to train team on technical and functional aspects and help them in day to day activities as necessary

Able to contribute in Continuous improvements to bring best experience to Clients and their customers

Having migration knowledge would be an added advantage

Having knowledge on the Java, Javascript and Integration experience gives added advantage

Able to work on Dynamic data tags

Good understanding of Style sheets and Layouts

Good knowledge of template selectors

Able to Write API calls to integrate smart components with existing Integration systems will be added advantage.
